Selaku General Manager PT. Swanish Boga Industria, selaku supplier dari PT. Lion Boga.


Dengan ini menyatakan menerima standar persyaratan penerimaan bahan baku di PT.Lion

Boga:

1. Produk yang dikirim sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah disetujui bersama;
2. Melengkapi dokumen pada saat pengiriman (COA dan Sertifikat Halall);
3. Mengirim produk dalam kemasan yang baik (tidak kotor dan rusak);

4. Kendaraan yang digunakan dalam pengiriman dalam kondisi aman dan bersih;

5. Produk yang dikirim akan diberlakukan secara FIFO;

Jika pada saat pengiriman barang, ditemukan hal-hal yang tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan penerimaa diatas maka kami tidak keberatan jika produk kami di-reject/ dikembalikan kepada kami.

6. Serta kami tidak akan memberikan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun (uang,hadiah maupun bingkisan) kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Lion Boga.

Jika ditemukan kami memberikan imbalan kepada karyawan PT. Lion Boga maka kami bersedia putus hubungan kerjasama dengan PT. Lion Boga.

Seluruh prosedur penerimaan diatas akan efektif mulai tanggal 1 Juni 2015, Demikian surat pernyataan ini dibuat untuk dipergunakan sebagaimana mestinya.
